Our Classes

Programs for Every Age and Skill Level

From two-year-olds finding their feet to Masters competitors sharpening their game — every member of the family has a place on our mat.

Ages 2–14

Kids & Youth

Confidence first, technique second, safety always. Our junior curriculum is built around what children can actually absorb at each stage.

Ages 2–5

Toddler BJJ

Playful, movement-led sessions that build coordination, listening skills and a first taste of mat confidence. Short, structured and always supervised.

Ages 6–10

Children BJJ

Core positions, safe falling and anti-bullying skills taught through games and drilling. Focus on respect, resilience and steady technical progress.

Ages 11–14

Youth BJJ

A more technical curriculum with controlled sparring, competition prep for those who want it, and the discipline that carries into school and life.

Ages 14+

Adults

Four distinct routes into adult training, all coached with the same technical standard and the same friendly room.

Gi & No-Gi BJJ

Fundamentals through to advanced systems, taught in structured blocks. Train for fitness, self-defence or the competition circuit.

Judo

Throws, grips and groundwork under EJU Level 4 coaching — the traditional foundation behind everything we do.

Women's Only

A dedicated, welcoming session led by our women's programme coach. Ideal for first-timers and returning athletes alike.

Masters

Training built around adult bodies and busy lives — smart intensity, longevity-focused drilling, and great company.

Train Together

Families

Most clubs ask parents to sit and watch. We put you on the mat alongside your children.

Shared classes mean shared language, shared goals and something genuinely worth talking about on the drive home. Families who train together stay consistent for longer — and progress faster because of it.

  • Family memberships with multi-member discounts
  • Overlapping class times so one trip covers everyone
  • Parent-and-child drills built into the curriculum
